Netflix is returning to put an end to its cult-favorite show Money Heist finally. The streaming giant saved the show right before Antena 3 pulled the plug in 2017. Though the show was popular, it wasn’t really monetizing in Spain. Despite the numbers suggesting otherwise, the cast and crew got back together, and the show never looked back ever since. It snowballed the world and produced two more seasons. Finally, the resuscitator is ready to let it go.
Netflix recently announced Money Heist would be coming to an end with Season 5. It will be released in 2 parts, like the previous two seasons. The first part will be aired on September 3, and part two will be coming three months later, on December 3.

What Season 5 Might Be About?
The plot of Money Heist Season 5 has been kept under tight wrap. Showrunner Alex Pina revealed, “We’ve spent almost a year thinking about how to break up the band. How to put the Professor on the ropes. How to get into situations that are irreversible for many characters. The result is the fifth part of La Casa de Papel. The war reaches its most extreme and savage levels, but it is also the most epic and exciting season.”
As far as we know so far, the gang has been locked inside the Bank of Spain for over 100 hours. Nairobi is dead. Though they have managed to free Lisbon, they now have to face the ultimatum. Alicia Sierra managed to capture the Professor and, for the first time, he doesn’t have an escape plan. Just when everyone thinks nothing more could go wrong, a new villain enters into the mix, someone no one anticipated: the army. As their end is looming, the gang has to prepare to fight one last time – what began as a robbery will turn into a war in season 5.

Trailer is Scheduled To Be Released Soon
The makers of this epic heist drama have announced that the trailer will be released on August 2. The announcement has come bearing an exciting teaser. We see the Professor bound into a chair with fire in his eyes. The other end of the chain is held by Alicia Sierra. By the looks of it seems our mastermind Professor has been crushed by the cop.
